Founded in 2007 by Boston University graduates, Proper Realty Group consists of over 100 real estate professionals, property managers, lawyers, mortgage specialists, and information technology specialists.
Most of us started our real estate careers between 2005 and 2007, and saw it necessary to leave our respective firms and start a new one. We wanted a heavier focus on technology so that our agents and customers had a real time database of property information available all the time. We developed a stronger training manual and program so that our agents were more knowledgeable and able to help secure the perfect housing for our clients. Above all, our proprietary training program instilled the values of efficiency and honesty in everyone associated with the firm.
Since 2007, we have forged relationships with over 5000 property owners and management companies, and maintain a database of over 100,000 properties. We’ve rented a few thousand properties and sold millions in home value from multifamily buildings to luxury condominiums.
